The bar stools got delivered on time and we assembled one which is comfortable to sit on. The assembly process is quite easy. But for the second stool the washers are missing otherwise I would rate this product 5.

These stools look great and they are comfortable / my only complaint is that my dad (and some older folks) have trouble sitting on them because of the sort of angle and bouncy/ness of the springs.
