This couch comes in one full piece / not suitable for apartments that dont have a big elevator. The delivery guys had to bring it up the stairs of my apartment and it was a very tight fit. I felt horrible that they spent 10 minutes trying to get it inside my apartment, so I tipped them 40 for their time.
When I unboxed the couch, I saw that there was an insect on the , which was gross. I also saw several gray stains/smudges on the (one on the back of the sofa, and one on the seat back behind where the back cushions go. When I contacted support, the best solution they had was to have me return it. I ended up just keeping it because I already spent 40 on the delivery.
The couch itself is nice, very deep so its great for naps. It doesnt seem to hold its shape very well so if you want something that looks new for a long time, this is not the couch for you. Great storage option.
I searched for so long to find a reasonably priced couch you could sink into. This fit the bill. Well made and solid it is quite comfortable. I like that the cushions are removable so I can clean underneath. I love the deep seats. Best for price.

I bought this sofa about 3 months ago. What can I say? EASY PEASY! I had been searching for a lower back feather/down sofa for a long time. This sofa is attractive, very comfortable (even for sleeping) looks great in my space, cost only 1k, was delivered and set up in my home, and I didnt have to traipse around to 5 different furniture stores looking for the one. Other purchases are correct that the material does start to pill a little, but we are careful, keeping it clean and reverse the cushions often, and so far, we havent had a big problem with the pilling at all. I highly recommend this one! Perfect.
I am a stager and this seating set is wonderful. The proportions are correct for comfort and it looks expensive! I have used it in a number of different styles of homes and it always looks great. Highly recommend! I am impressed!

Had it for about four months now. Really nice chair. Aming for the price. Well made, premium soft leather, solid, comfortable, nice modern look, and will age beautifully. It is big but thats what I wanted. Im 62 and fits me perfect. Room enough for someone to cozy up next to me also. Got the grey one at a good price, if you can too and its what youre looking for, dont hesitate. You wont be disappointed. Buying another !
i was looking for a couch that looked expensive but didnt cost an arm and a leg and i found it!!! i was very impressed by the great quality this couch has. the couch is very very comfy and id say it at least fits 4 ppl considering its a 2 seater. i would repurchase x10 more in a heart beat This is really easy to assemble and pretty sturdy.
