First off they didnt want to bring it in, it clearly said it would be set inside. I am 78 years old, how could I get that in by myself. I told them to just take it back, so they decided to bring it in. No offer to put the back on. Anyway the chair looks nice, but it is not sturdy, it moves and is wobbly. The seat is hard and not comfortable. The fabric is not soft, it is scratchy. I honestly dont like this recliner. Not easy to put together.
Not very comfortable. Definitely needs some softening. The headrest could use a little more cushion support. When reclined the arms have no support and I have to stuff two pillows in the sides. Arrived with many staples missing from the bottom fabric (ok, I have a staple gun). The fabric was worn on the bottom from sitting in the shipping box and the backing does not line up with the Velcro strips. The delivery guys absolutely sucked !! They could not possibly fit the delivery container through any household basic door without removing the two pieces of the chair. They told me I would have to pay a assemblys fee if they were to remove the pieces from the box !!! Im not looking for you to assemble it, Im asking you to open the box and carry the two pieces in the house where I will assemble it. Didnt happen !!! I carried both pieces into the house by myself. Three !! Yes, three young delivery men against one woman and I had to carry the recliner into my home by myself!!
The chair was a Fathers Day gift. The last recliner we bought did not hold up and was much more expensive. My husband is very happy with this one so far. It is a nice size for a larger man and looks like a much more expensive chair.
I bought his recliner not knowing if was comfortable or made good with out touching it in a store, but let me tell you what this great,fell asleep in it twice over the weekend, that how great it is, no regrets buying online. Well made, easy to assemble and useful.
For the money this is a nice chair. Its big.sits higher off the ground than I expected. It could use a little more padding but it looks like an expensive chair gotten lots of compliments. I didnt go all out on cost because my dog loves recliners! Solid and basic.
