Our only disappointment was that it did NOT come assembled. It was delivered to the outside of our garage door, with no one knocking at the door. There was no way for us to bring it in and put it together. We had to call our handyman to bring it in, assemble it, and get is going. We really appreciate having it, especially since my husband has Parkinsons. Its a great chair. It works smoothly and quietly. I was just disappointed since the write/up said it came assembled. Enjoyed it.
My by power recliner just arrived. Easy to assemble, cushions feels firm (in a good way!), fabric feels great and power works great. No complaints here. Even my tall son, whos feet dangle off the footrest, likes it. Im 53 and its perfect for me. This recliner (four corner base) is much smaller than my last much more expensive manual rocker/recliner. The old one had a round base design that was poorly constructed and only lasted 1 1/2 yrs. Im praying this power recliner lasts much longer. I was worried a new chair would be too stiff to enjoy at first but I love it already! (I will return to edit this review if problems arise but Im feeling a rare confidence in it already. So hopefully an edit wont be necessary). I love this!
The motorized functions allow for independently positioning the leg and back supports at any percentage of the full extension. Im a bigger fella of almost 20 stones, and the lift performs well. Nice fabric. Very happy. Good product!
This Chair is beautiful color (Charcoal), Comfortable, easy to use and wonderful for my 101 year old father. I would buy the same chair again! beautiful.
This chair works well, but I was sent a fabric/color that I did not order. Will keep it because it looks nice and is comfortable and fits the space, but I have to say I was pretty upset when I first opened the box. If my guys wouldnt have liked it as/is, youd be paying for return/replacement! Super small!
Delivery was great, it was in good shape when it showed up. Easily put together but I will be looking for another in its place has we (my wife and I) found it HARD and uncomfortable. I gave it away to someone who needed one. I will be looking for another one that has a better feel. Not super sturdy.
I bought this chair 3 months ago right before neck and back surgery. Very helpful to get up and ease back down while I heal, and the full recline position is good for me to sleep in since I cant climb up to my room. I like that the back and leg positions are independent. The chair is big and holds my big self pretty well. Im 510, 200 lbs and there is a couple inches on either side of my hips while sitting down. I can slide in a laptop stand between my hips and arms of chair. The leg rest could be longer as my legs/feet hang off and I wish it raised a little higher. I put a pillow under my calves and then its okay. Its not as comfortable as other recliners but the features are a fair tradeoff. My main complaint is that the controller went on the blink. I was able to make it work by pushing in the bottom part (where the wires go in) while pressing the buttons. But now it doesnt work at all and the controller doesnt have screws or any easy way to open to see where the connection went bad. Good thing my sister is an electrician as Ill ask her to look and fix. This should not happen within 3 months of purchase. I need.
when I purchased this chair your add specifically said it would come fully assembled. it did not! I am 79 years old and if I had known you were not telling the truth I would have bought from someone else. I have over 1000 face book friends. I will be sure to let them know Awesome product.

Just Arrived Love It!
