This was a piece that was resold and except for a bit of fraying of the wicker, was in excellent shape. I assembled it myself in about 20 minutes with the provided tools. It is very comfortable and Im glad I bought it!
The chair is assembled well and the steel feels very substantial. Our complaint was that there are two ties to attach the cushion onto the frame. The ties ripped right off the cushion. It isnt a slippery fabric, so friction has kept it in place, but it didnt make it a week before ripping. I can fix it and the chair is still very useable, but it seems like more reinforcing could be done.
I assembled it by myself and Im not one to try to follow directions, but I did it and it was easy, Al tools included. Easy assembly . Cushion could have been a little thicker and more softer
This thing turned out great for my 10 y/o girl. It is smaller than it seems, but plenty enough room for a 58 young lady. The rotating at the base was unexpected and a very nice feature. I keep picturing the next round of kiddos ruin it by confusing it with an old public park merry go round The cushion is not very thick or soft. I think over 150 lbs is when you begin feeling the chair. To me its right on for ages 9/?. Frame will hold up forever if its assembled correctly and supremely. Just change cushions out from time to time. Or get a duvet and cover 2 worn pads. ??
The cushion is a bit thinner than I would have liked, but for the price I cant really complain. Nice little accent chair, but beware that it is smaller than a traditional papasan chair. I didnt realize that as the last time I had sat in one was as a child.
Assembly of the chair was extremely difficult because the holes on the different pieces didnt line up properly. Once the chair is together, it is sturdy. The cushion is on the thinner side, but its perfect in a home office. If you plan to use this as something to sit in frequently, recommend choosing a different chair with more padding.

Very comfortable and sturdy
I like the swivel feature but have to use extra pillows to get that real comfy feeling
Looks great, but sewing could be stronger
