I would definitely purchase from this company again. The bed was packaged nicely, all the pieces were marked in a very helpful way, it came with an extra tool that made the job much easier. Im not very experienced in building furniture- this probably took my son and I a little over an hour to build but we were joking around a lot so it might be faster if youre serious.
This holds our nectar queen mattress very well. The slats have a unique and simple to install design. It doesn't make a sound when getting on or off. The finish is beautiful too. We attached a headboard to it also.
We previously bought this frame(queen) without the headboard for our guest bedroom and love the price for the product. So we bought the same for our master, but with the headboard.
The bed looks like the picture. A partner is a must for lifting, moving, etc as they recommend because it it heavy. Assembly by myself was doable, however, a partner would have made the process easier.
The only negative reviews I have are that there was the broken piece they tried to fix. Thankfully it was on the headboard and I could flip it around so it was on the backside. However, if it were any other piece, I would return it because I would worry about the structure. And when assembling, I heard the wood starting to make noises that happen before it splits, so the screws are tightened good but just make sure you dont try to screw it more than it needs.
Weve been in it one night and so far so good. TBD on how the quality will hold.
I started to notice cracks in the frame after using for 2-3 days, so definitely each frame is not the single wood piece as they market. If I had not threw the packing boxes I would have returned the product.

How did this make it out of thw warehouse? They messed up on something so simple, now it won't stick to the base. So dissatisfied and disappointed.
