Great quality futon couch! Soft, beautiful color and pretty straightforward to assemble. Definitely think it needs to be broken in some but still very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend. The only reason I did 4 stars because it has a minor off putting smell that hasnt faded since we opened the packagenow to try at home remedies to get rid of thart! I like the sturdiness and comfort of this product.
I put this together all by myself in like 30 min to a hr butttt I can never get comfortable while watching tv may need to add pillows for comfort however I would not recommend anyone buy this.
Delivery was quick and assembly was pretty easy! This memory foam is not what youd expect very, very stiff. I couldnt imagine anyone sleeping on this. HOWEVER. For the price, this couch is easy to put together, very sturdy and EXTREMELY good looking oh and a word of advice if you are wearing leggings or any thin clothing you will leave a full bottom imprint on the couch so be sure to wipe it away when you get up or it can be quite embarrassing. Very happy with this purchase. I love this couch/futon. It is beautiful, soft to the touch, and has firm cushions. It is cleverly designed and easy to assemble (it helps to have a helper though). The directions did not mention the hidden support legs within the back zip/up part of the back cushions (meant for use while in futon mode), but they were easy to spot. I was very impressed with how this was packaged, particularly how all the metal parts were shrink/wrapped on labeled cardboard. I am interested in other items by this design team now too. Product was just as descriproduct
This sofa is a great value. Easy to assemble and very pretty. 3 full size adults can sit comfortably. It is firm and a bit small for 2 adults to sleep on. But, great to have the extra bed when needed.
The only issue we had was with delivery. It was a gift for our daughter and she lives in a remote area outside of Denver. We kept getting messages the company, Halo was attempting to deliver and she took off work twice to wait and it did not show up. They did not even try, nor could you get through to the company on the phone, through chat or email. We contacted and they patched us through instantly and we made arrangements to rent a uhaul and pick it up ourselves. We called to let them know we were on our way, and while we were in route another lady called us back and said we should not be contacting them directly and it was not her job to pull our order. We hung up and drove nearly 90 min, showed up, waited patiently and told them we would be contacting and they can deal directly with them, and we did get our order. It arrives in a sizeable box that is heavy but it probably would have fit in my full size suv.
It was worth all the hassle, but definitely involve and definitely write down the names numbers and address of everyone you speak to. If you are in an urban area I do not think you would have this issue. Well made. Good price.

Under the seat cushions is hallow so we are finding ourselves feeling like we are slowly sinking in a hole after two months of owning the couch. Great for office, not for living room. Quality of is very good other than this issue.
My son helped me carry this up to third floorheavy and awkward but we did it. Out together in less than an hour. Added a few throw pillows and it is great. Ive taken a few naps on too. Its so pretty
