Update:
Aileen Javier took care and immediately she was able to reorder the piece and sent it to me. It took a while but Im happy I can safely use the trampoline.
Initial finding upon arrival:
1 out of 6 legs that support the jumping mat came defective. It doesnt have the thread inside so, we are not able to screw that leg in its threaded connector under the trampoline. It was unsafe to be use due to instability. I wrote the company asking for 1 threaded leg so we can safely use the trampoline.
Family used it about everyday for a year held up well one spring broke after about 8 months a second at 11 months and a third about 12 months didnt feel safe jumping on it anymore so threw it away
The trampoline is very easy to use. I use it for indoor walking. It is an asset to my exercise routine. The poles seem to shift easily, but, manageable. Customer service is outstanding. They truly stand behind the product.
This trampoline is an absolute lifesaver for my grandson!!! He is a bundle of energy and having this trampoline at home allows him to blow off steam and exercise at the same time. Customer support was awesome in assisting us with replacing one of the legs, so that we would feel safe! They shipped out the part and contacted us to make sure we were satisfied!!
I just wanted to write a comment to those people who say the legs and/or welding do not hold up. I have had several trampolines over the years as I have a son with autism who needs this type of movement constantly.
The legs will loosen over time and need to be tightened frequently. If not, the threads will no longer hold and one might think it is that the leg has failed (as I have read in some reviews)
Just check your trampoline legs to re/tighten. It will help prolong the life of the trampoline! I would check every few days or weekly. It just takes a minute!
I love this trampoline. I teach students on the Autism spectrum and they use this daily. They love it and it holds up great! My only complaint is the cover over the springs. It ripped apart and has been following apart after only a few months. It is now a tripping hard and the students are unable to use it. I have been looking for a good replacement cover but have not found one yet. I will update here if I get a good one.
We have owned at least 5 indoor trampolines in the last 8 years. This one was the easiest to assemble. It is a nice size to provide a safe and fun jumping experience. I cannot speak to its longevity, as we have only had it a few days.

Sturdy but easy to move
This is a very nice mini trampoline, sturdy but lightweight enough to move around the house. I love it.
Great trampoline / cover falls off quick
