Overall this is a great bunkbed.
My hand put it together by himself within 3 1/2 hours.
That is with our children interrupting him and him having to stop a couple times with our 3 year old taking parts out of the room. LOL
The bed is very comfortable we had no issues with our kids hitting their head in the bottom bunk area as others have described.

This bed is gorgeous and just what we were looking for and for the price. Did a whole room makeover for my kids and my 16yr old son put this bed together, for the most part, by himself. It took about 4 hours. We get to the end to install the and find it doesnt work properly. No big deal right? I contact the company BUT. 8 email exchanges later and the problem is not fixed. Just ship the new !!!! Thank goodness I wasnt something imant missing. I can imagine how frustrating that would be. Customer service response is ridiculous but beautiful sturdy bed. Good find!!
Good product! The product is worth the price and is very sturdy. However, it was rather difficult to assemble, because the pieces were labeled wrong. Nonetheless, its a great bunk bed! Quick ship.

Beautiful bed we like that its full overfull it smelled a little strong at the start but now its aired out and my daughter loves it. Quality product.
