I love these stools. Bought 2 counter height and two bar height. However, one of the bar height stools looked like it had been used and is damaged. It was dirty, most of which I could remove, but some dark orangish/brown stains on the white that would not come off. The biggest problem is that the seat does not fit on the base evenly so it is not flush like the other three. I still need to contact the company, but I'm not sure it's worth taking the stool apart to ship it back. Ugh.
Very good quality at an affordable price. Instructions were clear and was easy to assemble. Customer Service is excellent too. Had a small issue with one of the tops and they responded very fast and set up a replacement within days. They were very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Quality product and quality company! Would definitely do business with them again.
Can not wait to have these for my new home being built!! Perfect height for my bar top. Nice sturdy, plenty of room for us bigger booty people's (I didn't choose thick life it choose me) but love them. Highly recommend
Not too hard to assemble, the look great the biggest down fall is they slid all over the place (if you have wood or laminate flooring) my other barstools do not have this issue. They are very wobbly even after tightening and adjusting the hardware. I would not recommend over all I wish I would have spent the extra $$$ for more of the first set of bar stools I ordered from Wayfair.
Easy to build (Im not the best at it but this was very easy to set up), great quality, looks exactly like the photos. The velvet stool is such a nice touch, its quite comfortable too.

The only problem I have with these bar stools is that the plastic covers will not stay in the ends of the legs. Otherwise, these are very sturdy, surprisingly comfortable stools.
Updated to say:
The company has been extremely helpful in resolving this issue. They do have new plugs now for the ends of the legs and that is no longer an issue. I would totally deal with this company again for any future purchases!

Well made bar stools
Well made bar stools. I bet a 500 lb person could sit on them no problem. Easy to assemble and very strong. They are comfortable is all ways.
