I lost the product's screws and bolts in a move. After I direct messaged them, the vendor was immediately responsive, and kindly sent me new screws and bolts free of charge, with tracking number. Would recommend this product.
Very nice, sturdy, attractive, east to assemble (except for one slightly bent tab) That's the only reason I give 4 instead of 5. AND, wish the seat was bigger (20 inches would be better than 15 inches)

Not sure of comfort or sturdiness. However they look great and my son assemble these chairs nicely.
Poor quality
Uneven, wobbly, screws keep coming loose. Not good quality for the price, should be no more than half what they cost.
