I purchased this umbrella to match another I had purchased elsewhere. The colors matched but nothing else did!! This one has steel ribs instead of aluminum and thick fabric instead of a tent material. I believe this is similar to sunbrella. Its cloth like . Ive only had it two weeks so cant attest to its fade resistance but the quality is superior. I already am looking for replacement canopies because I like it so much and could replace both to match. Nice product .
I never write reviews, especially a bad one. However, I bought this umbrella for its description of fade resistance Hardly. Its already beginning to fade less than three months in!
