I like this couch. Its great for the small apartment.
The only problem is that my shipment arrived in two different colors. I ordered grey , I received beige couch with grey back pillows. I am still waiting for the matching pillows. Other than that, its a great product!
Sofa is great! Very comfortable. The only thing was that the three boxes arrived on different days so that part was inconvenient to have the large boxes one by one in my living room in the meantime.but other than that I absolutely love the sofa. And for the price, I totally recommend. it looks very nice.
I was a little wary buying a couch online, but I couldnt be happier with this couch. Its very comfortable and has enough room for 4 people maximum. Its perfect for a small space and is a great value for the money. The cushions come in vacuum sealed packaging so theyll be flat for the first few days then they puff up nicely. Super happy with this couch. Well built and sturdy
Couch was delivered almost a week earlier than expected. Super easy to put together / one person did it, in fact one person was able to get all 3 boxes up 3 flights of stairs.
Couch was very much as described. Its a smaller sectional, but so far comfortable, good for an apartment (or any small/medium sized room), and provides great options for additional seating if needed. Looks atmospheric
This couch ships in THREE packages. It says so right on the description page for the couch. So when I received only 1 package, and the order was marked as delivered / I panicked. I was only shipped 1 of the 3 packages. 1/3 of a couch. I waited about a week for the other two packages to arrive, but they never did. customer service was of no help / I had to reach out to the seller. After about a week of back and forth between the seller and I, trying to figure out which package of the 3 I had received, and which I still needed / I was offered two options: 1. keep the 1/3 of the couch I had received and accept a PARTIAL refund for the parts I didnt. This was no good. I cant do anything with 1/3 of a couch. or 2. they would re/ship the missing 2/3 of the couch.
I went with option 2 / and even though the delivery was a day later than I was originally told, they arrived. SO BE WARY. I know deliveries are a hot mess right now / but just know. This comes in 3 packages and youre going to want all 3 if you want to get what you paid for!
Now, shipping nightmare aside, the couch is incredibly easy to assemble. Im talking less than 10 minutes with a helper. Even by yourself, 15 minutes, tops. It may seem like some pieces dont fit right, but a little wiggling usually gets them into place. And again, like others are saying / there are parts hidden that you will need to find. The legs for the large storage ottoman are INSIDE of the ottoman itself. And the legs/washers/knobs were underneath the couch section from Box A. Its all there / just look around a bit.
The couch is comfortable and the color is exactly as advertised. The quality and size of the couch are pretty great for the price. Hopefully I dont come to regret those words in the coming months. If it werent for the shipping disaster, it would be a 5 star product for me. Even though the customer service was great, and they were very willing to make it right for me, not having anywhere to sit for 3 weeks after moving lost them 1 star. Stylish yet affordable

It is exactly as described. Very firm and nice padding. It only took a few minutes to put together! The one side that was Preassembled kept making a clank sound when you sat down and there is a larger gap on that end so Im not sure whats going on with there but it might have just come loose during shipping, Im hoping. Overall it a great couch for the price and perfect for smaller spaces IT is EXACTLY like pictured. Beautiful
I bought this grey sofa six months agoand with time back cushions have started saggingand also the fabric is not good for long runalready there is lot of pilling and bobbling on the sofa which can be seen clearlyhighly disappointed and definitely not recommendable LOVE THIS SO MUCH!

Comfortable and great price
Sofa is great! Very comfortable. This sectional was the perfect fit for our small beach cabin and it is very comfortable Gorgeous and Good Quality
