This was a cute chair but when I opened the box the legs were missing. I can tell from the way the bow was re/taped that this is not the first time it has happened. I returned it and waiting on refund. Considering returning
Im going to be super honest, I like it. Its like the picture. I didnt have in mind that velvets products might be with different colors or a lil bit darker, its good to have it in mind.
1/ its easy to assemble I did maybe in 10 minutes both.

I have lil space so I was very worried if I they could fit and YES!!! Perfect. Good but could be better
The grey chair is MUCH darker in person than it is on the screen. It is a charcoal grey and honestly only few shades away from black. I purchased it because I wanted a light grey, like it is in the photo. The chair is nice if you want a really dark color. Pretty disappointing purchase for the price.
I love this chair wanted to order a second one but ups shipping is horrible other than that this chair is a great buy if I could order another chair and not go through ups I would do it great buy Really nice looking furniture.
I purchased the Navy chair color is so rich and beautiful, and the velvet is very soft. The chair is more firm which is great if that is what you want. Making a review to focus on the wonderful customer service I received when contacting the seller (which is HUGE in my opinion)! Happy with purchase

The company promptly sent me a new chair. It still came with a few very small scratches but I appreciated the effort. I kept the damaged one for my guest room and put the new one in my salon. Customer service was five stars though!
The chair feels sturdy and like it will work but Im disappointed to find these scratches that dont go away. I tried rubbing them out. Also, its small but theres (presumably) a pen dot on the middle of the chair. I want to use this is my business and Im not sure Ill do that now. Pretty but doesnt fit .
Pretty chair. 4 stars because 2 screws were stripped chair had some black marks. Looks like it was probably returned. Good product and definitely a value of a purchase.
