Pro: easy to assemble, comfortable, long power cord, reclines way back
Con: vibration in massage is not very strong, the pocket for the massage control is behind the chair so awkward (but not a huge deal).
We bought the chair in black, and plan to buy a second.
One of the supporting boards was broken. Looked like by a fork lift truck.
and the two end pieces to plug in the electrical massage unit were damaged so does not work.
LOVE this chair. I live in a tiny apartment so this is the ideal recliner for the space I have. Chair was very easy to assemble. The massage feature is great but its a vibration type massage. There arent any moving massage pieces.

Very firm. Hubby did not like it! When you figure in the 100 delivery You may want to look in person. It is small so fit in a corner
Squeaked after a while
Although the chair itself is great I took off one star because after a while the chair started to squeak when we sit on it or lean back.
