While I strongly recommend building this bed with someone, I was able to assemble it by myself. Way sturdier and heavier than I thought it was going to be, which makes for a solid and beautiful piece of furniture in our teens room. I Would definitely buy again
The heft and sturdiness are aming! I had to do almost the entire assembly without help, and it took me a day and a half, but it looks wonderful. No wobbling, no squeaking or creaking when anyone climbs up or down. I was able to sit up without bumping the ceiling, and our ceiling is a few inches lower than the standard 8 feet. I glitched on one part and had to back up and turn it around, but other than that it was fairly smooth. The side rails were too long and heavy for me to get them attached without help, but that was the only part where anyone had to help me with the assembly. BTW, I am a 65 year old woman. I am extremely happy with this item and would recommend it if you need to free up some floor space. My 6 year old granddaughter can easily walk under it without needing to duck and has room to get a few inches taller before it might become an issue. I cant say enough good things about it. Everything about it is pretty awesome Modern, comfortable and great value
This product allowed me to have additional storage space in a room where space is limited. It is very affordable, and the black sleek design is also very attractive. It is beautiful and functional.
Been searching online for months trying to find a study bed. Read the reviews and took a chance. The bed is sturdy, and it took me about an hour to assemble by myself. No chips or dents upon arrival. Daughter who is 7 and tall for her age, it works perfect. When she sits, she still has room above her head. She went from a full size bed to a twin and she still has plenty of room to snuggle up and move. We havent had any issue with her falling over the edge, the rails are a good size with a 10 inch mattress for her to still be safe up top. Overall a great bed for the price. Overall, great value for the price.

I shopped for HOURS for a loft bed for my daughter. Read hundreds of reviews and different beds and this one had by far the best reviewsand now I know why. It looks EXACTLY like the picture they show you. Its not thin flimsy (which was my fear). I actually wanted a wood one because I thought it would be safer/sturdier but this one is great. My kid loves it and it actually saves room in her room. She has a small room and i was afraid it would make it look smaller.its literally same dimensions as a twin bed so its like having your bed in the air and being able to use the space under it.
Downside: The ladder.its very awkard to get up and down and narrow so we are thinking about adding one that can clip on or off. Otherwise great loft bed!! I honestly love
I spent a long time deciding on the right loft bed for my 7 year old and chose this due to the size (not too high or wide) and the material (sturdier steel vs wood.) Only one day in but couldnt be happier. My son (And his little brother) are so happy. Got a 6/in mattress and added a foam topper and that works fine with the safety rails. Also love that the ladder steps are flat. Took 2 hours to put together. I could have done it alone but was helpful to have my husband at the end once we were connecting things at the end. Good Quality for Cost
My 11 year old loves her new loft bed. This has allowed for extra room in her bedroom and a special reading place under the bed. It is sturdy and I would recommend it. We all love it!
We love this bed. Weve had it for 2 years now, still going strong, not wobbly at all. Construction was a little time consuming but not overly difficult for 2 people. We placed our kids desks underneath and theres plenty of head space for both my husband and I when we sit there but probably not going to suit someone over 6 tall. I would definitely recommend this bed but know that its a pain to change the sheets and if you have young kids, its probably useful to have a step/stool for the parents to be able to give hugs goodnight. We have the IKEA BEKVAM and its the perfect height. Id also recommend using a 6 thick mattress with it. Super easy to assemble and so worth the money!
Easy enough to assemble, it took two of us a few hours. Its very sturdy once assembled. Two of my kids have been sleeping on it together and it holds up perfectly well. It doesnt shake or sway while they climb, Ive even climbed up with no wobbles!
I really like the bars that hold up the mattress. They are much better than the wooden slats you usually get with cheaper models.
Personally, I think the price was a little high, but thats probably just because I had my eye on a similar one that cost less and my hubby bought this one instead. Overall though, Im not disappointed. The bed is definitely worth the extra cost! Functional design
