Our daughter seems to love it! I was scared at first to get it because she likes to climb out of bed at night but I have watched her almost every night and she had used the stairs and the ladder perfectly fine! The ladder is held on my hooks but also screws screw into the back to be more secure. Only probably I would say is the gap between the ladder are pretty big!! Especially the last one to get on the bed. it is very pretty.
The bed is awesome when its all complete. The directions for the most part are easy to follow. I highly suggest having 2 people to put the bed together as holding some of the pieces together is tough to do alone. Also when it comes to the slide, I think we may have missed a step because the top piece that holds everything in, didnt fit the best but we used a drill to put it on. Overall very happy with the bed and the quality! I was very excited to receive!
My 3YO loves it. Its her first big girl bed. Its worried me seeing older kids hanging off the sides, but overall has not broken through their roughness. Some of the parts came mislabeled which was a little annoying since there were so many. It didnt take a rocket scientist to figure out what was supposed to be what even with being mislabeled though. Overall would still recommend because of bang for buck. SO happy!
They recommend two person assembly and you should listen. I did it alone and it was a bit challenging positioning the longer pieces and holding them together. But again, thats on me because they did say two person assembly.
My issue was with the hardware. The main pieces were labeled clearly and easy to lay out in the order needed. But the hardware, screws, bolts, dowels etc were poorly labeled and sometimes completely mislabeled. Sometimes two different types of screws were in the same bag with only one identifying sticker, so I had to figure out which was which. And it was straight up missing three or four bolts which I had to go buy from my local hardware store. Couldnt find an exact match, but one close enough to work.
Id suggest getting a proper Allen key set with a handle. The tiny Allen key they give you often slips and is hard on the fingers when tightening down. And the illustrated instructions are sometimes unclear. If youve never assembled furniture before, do not buy unless you have someone who knows what theyre doing to help you.
When finished, the bed is fine. Sturdy and good looking. My granddaughter loves it. I would purchase it again. Just want to give everyone a heads up about the assembly issues. Definitely looks nice.

4 year old loved it. I recommend putting something softer to land on. We used a rug to better a little from hard wood floors. Otherwise, great sturdy bed! Very pretty.

Missing parts
We had to go out and get new screws because the kit was missing some. Otherwise was easy to assemble and very sturdy. Its pretty though!
