These chairs are darling! Im happy with everything about them. Almost (hence 4 stars instead of 5). One chair came with a damaged spot (possibly the finish is peeling). It almost looks like a burned spot. I bought the last set of two chairs (at the time), so maybe this was the defective set that kept getting returned. I dont think its worth sending back. Ill contact to see if they can offer a discount for the issue.
Putting the chairs together requires a little maneuvering to get the boards to sit flush enough to screw in the bolts, but nothing that tricky. One of the legs did sit shorter than the rest at first, but settled in after sitting down for a few minutes. Beautiful color good quality
I had been looking for chairs to go with our pier 1 dining table for a couple of months. I had these chairs on my watch list, but was having a hard time making the commitment. I happened upon a review where someone had the same table and pulled the trigger! We went with the 6 chairs but may go back for 2 more. The assembly was easy (all done with one Hex key) but it did take a decent amount of time to assemble due to the amount of tightening required. The chairs were wobbly until firmly tightened. We havent had a sit down occasion to test the comfort, but upon a short sit they feel nice. They seem to be quality chairs for the price point and definitely look good. Perfect size and color for my needs.
Very easy to assemble for 68 year old grandmother. I dont know what those other people are whining about. I just needed a few small chairs after moving and also to use at dining table as needed. They are sturdy and comforable for a straight back chair. And Im updating my granny look. I love it!!
These are very good looking, and just as advertised. Easy to assemble. They are not the most sturdy chairs, so I wouldnt recommend them for heavier people. Also, they are a bit back heavy, meaning that theyve fallen backwards a couple times as I scoot out to get up. But I like the look and they are good value for the price. Would definitely buy again!
I purchased these chairs to use around my dining room table. I love them. They are smaller then my original chairs which I love and not as heavy. The color is true to the picture as is the wood tone which is a perfect color. Its not a white wash but is a little darker with different tones of color. They are perfect with my French decorating. Purchased a wood trim couch and the woods match perfectly. Took a little bit of time to assemble but not hard. Follow the directions if your chair is wobbly. Purchased 4 of these chairs and only one was wobbly. Followed the directions and it is perfect. Only complaint I have is my husband thought we should order another set so l longed on only to find the price has increased. Big disappointment. Will look at other sites. Other then that very happy with my purchase. Had many compliments on them. very reasonably priced as well.
While this chair is easy to assemble and very beautiful once put together, it is not as advertised. I bout this chair specifically bc the dimensions state the seat is 20 from floor. As pictured you can clearly see it isnt. We have a slightly taller than normal table and I really need chairs with seats 20. Im sure Ill be returning once I disassemble. That was a problem!!
