I would like to start by saying that this bed looks beautiful when fully assembled. It has a mature and elegant look to it that fits perfectly in the room we are remodeling. Despite my initial worries about space, the bed fits perfectly and even has a nice bit of room in the desk area, which is great since my sister is around 5'7".
Overall, I highly recommend this bed for any teenager who wants their own private oasis. It's an amazing piece of furniture that provides both comfort and functionality, and it's sure to be a hit with any teen who values their personal space.
This bed is an excellent space-saver and was easy for my husband and me to put together. It looks great and is surprisingly sturdy given the affordable price. Overall, it's a great buy. My only complaint is that the ladder hurts my kids' feet when they go up and down.
The metal frame of the bed is solid and durable with well-done welds and heavy screws. Overall, I'm not worried about the frame breaking. However, I do have concerns about the slats, which are constructed with small tubes and bow when under weight that is about half of the capacity.
The locks for the slats are made of cheap plastic and don't stay in place very well. The restraining straps are also too short and are clearly designed for use in a room with no trim. Additionally, the lack of an entrance/exit and the requirement to go over the fence makes for an interesting entry and exit.
The build time was short, taking only about 30 minutes, not including the time it took to deal with the slats.
While I wouldn't recommend this bed to everyone, if you enjoy building things, it seems like a sturdy option once you get it all put together.
Some people complained that the bed is noisy to sleep on, but we tightened the screws as tightly as we could, and when we finished, three granddaughters climbed all over it without any noise. Delivery was very slow, and at one point, they even said it was lost, but it finally arrived. It was only missing one washer, but we found a replacement that would work.
We purchased screws and an Allen wrench that were inexpensive, but unfortunately, the Allen wrench rounded almost immediately and the screws did not fit properly due to a lack of drill holes in the beams. As a result, we are currently waiting for a refund. Meanwhile, our children are sleeping on mattresses on the floor.
Let me start off by being real with you - this bed wasn't the easiest thing to put together. It definitely took some effort and a few beers with a friend to get it done. However, I can honestly say that I am incredibly happy we decided to get this bed. My oldest son wanted his own space where he could work, sleep, and play games without any interruptions, and this bed delivers exactly that. During the day, the whole area is covered by blankets, giving him the privacy he craves. At night, he climbs up the two ladders to go to bed, and we've even had a few races up them!
The bed frame is sturdy and functional, and overall I am satisfied with it. However, I did notice that the frame is a bit taller than I had initially anticipated, despite measuring the room beforehand. This is not a major issue for me, but it may be something to consider if you have low ceilings or limited vertical space.
One area where I feel the bed frame could be improved is the support on the front set of legs. The weight of the upper frame can cause the bed to wobble slightly, which may be disconcerting for children. It is worth noting that the wobbling is not severe enough to cause the bed to topple over. Overall, the bed frame is functional and does its job well, but it could benefit from better support on the front legs to reduce wobbling.
I purchased this loft bed for my son to maximize his bedroom space and it has made a huge difference! Not only does it provide him with a comfortable sleeping area, but the desk underneath has become his favorite spot for doing homework and other activities. He even loves to make a fort out of the space underneath the bed! The added space has also allowed him to have sleepovers with his friends in his room. I highly recommend this loft bed for parents looking to create more space for their children in their bedroom.
I weigh around 240 lbs and this bed frame holds me with no problem. Once I mounted it to the wall with the provided brackets, this thing did not budge an inch! However, be careful when you're building it. Only two poles have holes for the bars that go length-wise, so make sure you put them on the right side. If you don't, you won't be able to use the space underneath the frame. Overall, I'm very happy with this bed frame.

The good, and the bad

Stable but wobbles

Not very good

heap screws/cheap parts/holes not in the beams. I strongly advise you to avoid this product

Sturdy bed but ladder doesn’t have right screws
