UPDATE Customer Service was amazing and made this right. Sent us 2 new stools. Cant say enough about the great customer service by thus company.
One stool great. 2nd stool had no grooves for the screws to assemble the product. Not sure what to do as we cant put our second stool together. Hate to return these but cant use the second stool so will have to.
The appearance is as shown online, but the metal for the legs are thin, so dont know how long it will last. Also, it is not perfectly square, as the legs are not exactly same size
Protective feet broke off within a couple of days leaving tubular plastic metal legs in direct contact with floor. This is essentially a cookie cutter if you have a vinyl floor. We had to put protective silicone feet on to continue to use. Comfortable seat and easy to assemble.
I was pleasantly surprised at how heavy and sturdy these stools were when they came. I know the Ashely brand, but I was pleased with the quality even more.

Apparently there is a drilled hole in one of the leg. No idea of the purpose or missing parts. Sent email to , no response.

These have a lot of padding! They are comfortable and sturdy

Not that satisfied
The seats were very uncomfortable, the little dip on the seat barely has anything cushion. Other than , easy to assemble.
