The chair is very comfortable and I love the style. The color is perfect, neutral but not blah. The only bad thing was the chair cushion didnt have all the silver rivers along the front. I contacted the company and they sent me a new one. Great customer service. Im very happy with this purchase.
Pros
I love the material of the chair. You dont get that icky sticky feeling that is common if you are wearing shorts and your skin sits on a leather chair. Especially in any kind of warm or humid situation it breathes better.
Well/padded with and coils so there is no pain from prure on the underside of your legs from sitting long periods.
I wanted armrests but for them not to get in the way of my arms, these are fairly wide and out of the way enough not to bother me.
The armrests are NOT adjustable but happen to fit under my IKEA desk which is basic just a flat surface with legs no drawer or thickn. (see specs on clearance in the listing photos to determine if that will be the case for you) These complete specs as shown are very helpful in determining how this chair will fit an existing desk setup. If they didnt fit under my desk I wouldnt want the chair.
It is stylish. I am using it in an apartment that will also be used for an Airbnb rental and wanted something that would give it a hotel room feel. This works.

It tilts and has knob to adjust the tension of the tilt, or it can be locked to prevent tilting.
It comes with great instructions, the only tool you need to assemble comes with it, and it is a quality tool with a comfortable handle.
It was really easy to put together relative to any other chair I have had (see photos series)
The back sits just below my shoulders. This allows me to Twist Stretch in a way that a high back wouldnt. Also, I can put my elbow on the chair back to stretch my shoulders and back in a way I hadnt thought off prior to this chair but am appreciative of now.
Cons
The only real con is that there is no headrest (if that is requirement for you). I spend long hours working in a chair and thought it was something I might want, but since having this chair havent thought twice about. I feel the very slightly reclined sitting angle of this chair is comfortable. Im not using this for gaming so if I was so tired I needed to lay my head back, it would be difficult to type anyway. Also, I dont believe they style of this chair would look right with a headrest anyway.

I needed a stylish chair that looked like it belonged in a hotel room but worked for me for long hours of sitting and working, I was sold on this one over a few others Id been stalking on because of the cushion with coils, design, and tilt. It was between this and the other , and this looked the cushier.
It had some kind of mill scruff/scratches on the base of the chairs star base (slightly visible in the photo). I called and spoke with the service department and spoke with Rio whom was really nice and helpful. She sent out a replacement immediately.
The seat cushion has a Velcro strip to hold it in place on the base however after a few weeks of heavy use I found my seat cushion seems to slide out a little. The Velcro strip seems to no line up perfectly with the one on the base. This is a newer line of chairs so these minor bugs are to be expected. As I mentioned, so far service has been awesome and far exceeded these minor issues. Im going to contact the seller to inquire about this and will update.
UPDATE: 11/12/16
I was sent a replacement seat cushion after contacting customer service. So far Im still enjoying the chair. One thing I am planning is getting the beige in the future to go with my thicker desk. It has a half/arm which will allow the chair to slide in under my thicker desk while still at a higher elevation.

I Still enjoy the chair however because of the way that back is angled in a slight lean back configuration, I had to get a lumbar support pillow to provide more upright seating position when doing office work. I alternate between using the lumbar pillow and not, sometime daily, sometimes for a few a week or more just depending on which is more comfortable at the time. Its like laying in bed any one position gets uncomfortable after awhile. Although I do think they could have put a little more padding in the back rest area as it seems l so vs what they did for the seat cushion. For this reason I may remove a star. Also, Im considering removing the wheels on this chair are repurposing it to the living room, then getting the other chair
I think I spent almost 2 hours trying to find the perfect chair for my psychiatry office. I wanted something that didnt scream typical office chair and yet would be comfortable enough to spend long hours sitting in. I love to lean on the sides of chairs and have been known to turn sideways and put my feet over one of the chair arms. This doesnt work well with most office chairs. I also twist side to side while doing my work and have been known to tilt back on occasion. The typical parsons arm chairs let me sit sideways but wont let me move how I like.
This chair is the perfect fusion of the two chair styles! Its also both demure and modern looking. The chair itself arrived in a giant box and was ridiculously easy to put together albeit on the heavy side. The feels very durable but I applied a thick coat of protector just to be safe. I do not want this lovely chair to get any stains. I so adore sitting in my new office chair. Its so comfortable! Perhaps my only slight complaint would be that the chair cant be locked in a slightly reclined position but this is so minor that its not worth subtracting a star for. I love this chair so much, Im seriously considering buying a second one for my home office.
The first one I ordered the quality was far better than the second. The first chair sold me period so I ordered another. I did not like its quality as much, so I ordered one from Wayfair and the quality is not as good as the first one. The chair I ordered second and thirds does not recline easily. The spring mechanism is too tight. The chair does not lower as low as the first chair I bought. And the stitching is not as tidy as the first chair. There is also l padding.
For the price I paid I expect the quality I recieved the first time ordering.
The chair is exactly as pictured when I received it. I did not realize it was a light beige color (thought it was a very light pink), but it fits perfectly with my decor. The packaging was excellent for a heavy bulky item as everything inside was wrapped perfectly to protect the contents. In addition, assembly was very easy / the instruction manual inside was not necary.
I bought this chair because I had found it on Wayfair originally, but it was much cheaper on . The chair is comfy, adjustable, and just what I need for a chic office space. In addition, Ive been shopping for office chairs for a month, and finally picked this one because it is a cute office chair for a good price.

The first one I ordered the quality was far better than the second. The first chair sold me period so I ordered another.
