I got the white twin daybed with trundle. After reading some of the reviews of other customers experiencing issues. For me, 100% positive. I'm going to review this item strictly on the item because that's what a review is suppose to be about. Not about receiving the item late via shipping. I'll start with the box being pretty big or should I say "longand heavy. Lol. delivered the item, not anyone else. I was impressed that two people brought the package into my home. That's a . The package was safely secured with foam and foam sheets to protect the paint and during shipping. I will say that my package included everything. This includes all of the pieces, hardware, and instructions. Not sure why anyone else was missing parts, but not mine. I will say, unlike other furniture manufacturer, this is slightly more difficult to assemble, but not that bad. It took me an hour at the max to assemble. Let me say, I'm a very picky person when it comes to furniture. It took me a few days to find the right one. I didn't want metal. I wanted something perfect. Jackpot! After assembled there are a few holes where the bolts are located, but it's not that serious. With the mattresses in place, you honestly will only see four. As other reviews may have stated, you can purchase screw cover stickers. The holes are about 1-2-inches wide just so that you may consider looking for the cover stickers when purchasing. So that's my review. I give it a 5-Star. I love it!
We are using the trundle bed in our spare room. It's solid and very sturdy. Wish it had more storage. Found a better option at IKEA after we already had assembled it, and wish we would have bought their bed with storage compartments underneath. Other than that, it's a very nice trundle bed.
Assembly was NOT fun, but then again for the price Im not surprised that assembly would be a joke. Once we did get it assembled though its exactly what we wanted for our spare bedroom space.
We assembled the bed but noticed that one of the board had a scratch. Put a lot of effort into assembly so not worth returning the item. Be careful to check all boards before assembling the bed.
Painful assembly. Step one has the wrong part identified. Instead of a 1 it lists a 10. Easy enough to proceed. Most difficult was steps one and two where the parts A and B DO NOT match up. Same goes for parts C and D. Just try doing this and realize after you've tried following the instructions you must disassemble the units and switch parts around to match up. Also missing two 4 washers - real fun trying to find alternate washers for this unit.
Recommend you do a better job on quality control and do a floor assembly prior to sending these sad instructions and parts out.
This item is not difficult to put together if you know how to use tools. It is made of particle board/ plastic so it is extremely malleable. People that dont know how to put these things together, or have trouble with them are usually not people who put things together regularly or at all. Overall its sturdy enough for a small child forever. I laid on it for a while and I go 260.
I just received this bed today. One of the major boards had a major split at the point where it needs to connect to another piece. The rest of the parts seem fine. I would like to just get the broken board replaced but I could not find anywhere on the order to contact product support.
I dont normally write reviews. My wife bought this thing for me to put together (yay). At first opening the box, I was impressed with the quality of the materials for the price she paid. Im not going to tell you assembly was difficult, but the instructions provided could be a bit clearer. I was able to put this thing together by myself. Most importantly ALL THE HOLES LINED UP. Im not sure if youve ever put some furniture together before and forcing these stupid weird screws into holes that just dont align. This took me a couple hours overall but honestly - no swear words. Smooth sailing. It seems awfully sturdy. I used an electric drill/driver and set the torque option to 3. That sped up the assembly significantly without over tightening the screws. I have built furniture myself from lumber, and I approve this purchase. Great product!

Exposed bolts
I am disappointed that this bed has exposed bolts.. It makes the bed look cheap.

Need product support for piece broken during shipment
I just received this bed today. One of the major boards had a major split at the point where it needs to connect to another piece. The rest of the parts seem fine. I would like to just get the broken board replaced but I could not find anywhere on the order to contact product support.
Its flimsy
After a short time it got weak now its wobbly items werent shipped so we had to wait to assemble it.
