Easier to assemble with an electric screwdriver. Despite lots of packing, I still had a dent on the tabletop. Probably due to this table being improperly routed through shipping (read this as, is not always good at logistics). Once last-mile deliverer received the package, it got to me quickly.
I requested expert assemble, but because it was late, that got cancelled. So I can say that this table, despite its size and weight, was easy to put together. Looks nice in the space and quite confident that it is sturdy. It is worth the money and the wife is happy.
First and foremost the table is nice . Delivery took about a week. Small scratch on the surface of the table which I didnt even think it was worth a picture . Delivery process is out of the control of , but total responsibility of the mail carrier . It is a very heavy box which is good because the table has some weight into it , Feels very sturdy and can sit 5-6 people . Id say its worth the price , I dont know how long it will last , but I do hope at least a year and Id say I get my moneys worth . Last thing would be to be patient while putting the legs together as youre going to put 16 legs together and 5 cushions . Instructions are clear and simple to understand took me about an Hour and 30 minutes. quick tip - if you have an uneven chair remove the cushion and attempt to sit it flush and tighten back again. I thought they gave me uneven legs on one of them but it was my mistake when building I did not make sure it was leveled and sitting flush . Other than that for an affordable table designed by furniture its great 10/10!! I hope my review helps others and if you were to purchase one and have scratched or missing parts remember its out of the control of as this set ships out from . Everything already comes included in the box . Travel might create a few tears in the box which can end up dumping some parts it all depends on the way its handled as it travels .
This table with seating set is an absolute wonderful buy if youre looking to upgrade any dining area. I am so happy with the sturdiness and beauty of it. The wood is gorgeous. You will be assemblying all screws with a HEX wrench so be prepared for that. It was not difficult at all to put together, though.
So I bought this set for my family. Its decent.
I was using the bench to write some papers on my laptop and sat on it for about 45 minutes. I weigh about 190 pounds so, reasonable weight but not a behemoth. It began to suddenly crack down the middle with no abuse just using it for its intended purpose. Sitting down.
Its made of cheap material and if it cant support the weight of someone under 200 pounds imagine someone heavyset.
If you buy it, you may want to reinforce the cheap particle board level support.
I love the color and style but the item is damaged and Im very disappointed with it
If the delivery guys could have taken care of it well this could have not happened.
