Shipping was a mess. The box was ripped wide open. Even the delivery guy called us out to look at it in case we didnt want it.
As for the bed it is great for the price but take your time screwing it together as to not split the wood.
Bought two of these for our twins to make the most out of the space in their room and so they both wouldnt fight over who gets to sleep on top. They both love their beds and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for one.
Put together easily. Looks nice in her room. She loves it. I like it, too.
Only negatives are that if not placed in a corner, it wobbles a bit. And when under the bed, you look at the bottom of the mattress. Both easy fixes, though.

There is one piece of the bed that will not stay attached. The little piece on the back that stabilizes the rail. Also it could use about 2 more pieces for the mattress to not fall through. I purchased extra from Lowes. I just feel it couldve been about 50/75 less. However, my son loves his big boy bed!
I have to go to Ace hardware today because like another person reviewed the bolts provided for a portion of the shelves do not fit. Like WTH its made putting this bed together a lot harder than it shouldve been. Also the bolts couldve and shouldve been labeled.
This bed was a beast of an assembly, thank goodness my kids helped, lol. I added RGB lighting to the underside of the bed, where her gaming setup is at. Shes got a pretty rad setup, shes super happy and Im super happy. I couldnt ask for a better bed for her. We placed her bookshelf under the loft area as it went pretty well with the aesthetic of the room/bed. Super happy with this purchase. Both my youngest girls now have super rad places to hang out.
It was a bit of a pain to put together. It definitely took two people at times. Well worth it though. My daughter has a small 10 x 10 room so this definitely makes her room feel much bigger. I only wish wed had this Ed during all the virtual learning. It would have made Covid schooling so much easier. The only gripe my daughter has is that we couldnt get it in blue.
Our bed came with a damaged tabletop, I contacted customer service and within a week we had a replacement. Our daughter loves it. Im not sure how sturdy it will be in the long run, but it is attractive and it is perfect for our needs.

I wanted my daughter to have a maximum amount of floor space in her bedroom and a sizeable for her to complete schoolwork and art. This fit the bill. It arrived with one of the long posts very damaged. My husband has woodworking skills and was able to repair and paint. This was a must because it would have been impossible to repackage for a return. The seller did reimburse a modest amount for this inconvenience. It took some time to put the bed together and you will need more than one adult to accomplish this task. Once together the bed is lovely and functional. My daughter is very pleased with it and so am I.

Surprising sturdy
