I only had a problem with one chair that had a splinter on the bottom when it arrived, not noticeable to others, but thats why it got 4 stars!! I love them on my front porch, and they will definitely serve theyre purpose, otherwise I cant complain!! They came packed nicely and easy to put together.
My first product arrived damaged I reached out to vender and in no time they contacted me and had a new chair on the way. Very friendly and very fast shipping. Great chair, and great customer service definitely 5 stars.
Previous reviews had me nervous. We ordered four chairs. We only had two minor issues. One screw was missing which we easily replaced. One chair back was slightly bent but straightened out fine once assembled. They have been on our porch for a few weeks and I havent noticed any problems. My husband weighs over 200lbs and the chairs are holding his weight just fine.
This chair is super easy to assemble, but it did come out of the package with a dirty footprint on it. Its still not a bad chair...however its not for average/short ladies. I sit in the chair and cannot rock at all because my feet dont touch the floor. Im 53. It also feels very cheap, which it is, but the bar supports dont quite line up with the cushions.
This is a great addition to a nursery if you are looking for something that is both comfortable and not expensive. The color linen is great too, kind of like an off white/slight grey coloring that goes with a lot of different themes.
I would have rated 5 stars, but this chair is not a Vermont chair. It is a Mainstays Rocking chair. At least the one I got was. Still good quality and easily assembled, but it looks slightly different than the name brand.

Tried this rocker as a replacement for a broken one its awesome not cheaply made and a snap to assemble. Just ordered another
