The Allen wrench that was send to put the chair together is too short and harder to tighten the screws. I wanted a Bed Breakfast look to my side porch.
Our rockers made a beautiful addition to our front porch. Had a couple very minor issues but their Customer Service department worked us through in a very professional manner. Ten stars to this company!!!!
My eleven-year old twin grandsons and I assembled this rocker. It was easy to put together with good instructions. We did use our own Allen wrench rather than the one provided. I gave it four stars because the finish leaves something to be desired in a few places but not a deal breaker. It is attractive, comfortable and rocks smoothly.
I ordered 2 of the rockers and was really pleased. Sadly one is turning yellow. Id like to speak to someone from the manufacturer to see how this can be resolved.
This chair is just alright. The rocking range is limited. I am used to full range - rocking back and forward. This chair sits in a leaned back position, so the rocking range is back to middle, stopping from really going forward. Its is very sturdy and comfortable enough for the price.
