This was more or less easy to assemble - we had to guess some of the steps. We bought it for rocking baby and it has largely been effective. Only problem is the depth made it difficult to nurse, so I found myself supplementing with many pillows. Just an FYI

Returning this! Im 55 and my feet dont reach the ground for rocking—sits way too high. Even with a footstool, the rocking is laborious. Not at all useful if you are looking for a comfortable chair to nurse in.
This is the perfect rocker. The high back is so nice for neck support. Just enough rocking movement.
The workmanship is very good for this price point. The wood is a light medium brown with a light oatmeal color fabric.

Great find for the price! I wanted a stylish, comfortable rocker for a low price and got exactly that. I put it together, by myself in around 30 mins and fell asleep in it within 24 hours of having it. Also, matches our simple Scandinavian/boho nursery perfectly.
Were using this rocking chair along with the matching footrest in our nursery! Its super stylish and very comfortable. The head rest is high enough for me to rest my head (Im 54) but not high enough for my husband to (hes 6). Its very sturdy yet comfortable. Looking forward to rocking my baby in this chair! Its more on the firm side than the soft squishy side but maybe it just needs to be broken into.
Its a decent chair for the price. Its just not that comfortable because it leans all the way back and your feet do not touch the floor- Im 55. Also the metal bar of the frame at bottom of seat is very uncomfortable. I think with some extra padding and a foot rest it will do fine.
