Had some issues with getting the chair together (missing holes in bottom cushion). Customer service offered a full refund. Doesnt get any better than that. I was able to get it together by pushing the screws through the bottom cushion and into the arm. And it does look really nice in my living room, just as pictured online. It does not rock smoothly (at least not on a wood floor), but its fine for an accent chair. Fits well with mid-century or Scandinavian style interiors. I definitely would recommend this chair.

What I disliked: the padding and stuffing of the fabric is indenting and warping the chair after only 7 days. I have used it about 5 of the 7 days to rock my 3 month old. Im about 57 170 lbs.
I got this rocking chair for me and my baby! Its super comfty and practical. It is also very pretty and good material. It is very lightweight so you can move it around and looks good in nursery, living room, rooms, etc!! For the price is great!

When she was first born I would go in at night after work and relax and rock with her. The back massage works alright for the price. Its not like massage as much as just a vibration.

Creaking and seat indented after one week
