Overall the bed is very good and my kid loves it. Its very sturdy. It wobbles a bit but its common for loft beds, so I just nailed it to the walls. The screws on the stair hand rail are a bit tedious to tighten because its wedged.
My biggest complain would be the third step to get onto the bed. The three stair steps have same height, but the last step going up forgets to account for the mattress thickness. So my kid needs a giant leap, or stepping on the uncomfortable horizontal bar to get onto the bed.
Super cute bed and not bad but some pieces came broken. I am attempting to fix the pieces myself since I didnt get to the broken pieces until it was almost all the way built. The stair railing and steps were broken.
Bought to get mattresses off the floor and yet not allow toys to disappear under the bed. Gives more play room for the kids. Went together well, a second person was needed. Arrived all in 1 box way too heavy for any one to left and even struggle to roll it over to get to the side to cut tape. Took piece by piece to upper level. Would be nice if instruction pages had explanations/ directions instead of just a picture. Had to take apart a couple times as it didnt specify which sides were to face inward. Other than that we got it together within a few hours.
Bought this bunk bed set for my grandchildren, my fear was it was too high for them. But this bed is perfect for small children, my seven year old granddaughter has the top bunk and my 2 year old grandson has the bottom. Again the perfect size for them both. My grandson, finally has his own bed and love its. Bedtime is much easier now that they both have their own space. The construction is excellent and easy to put together. Very impressed with this bed. I highly recommend it.
Writing this after about 7 months of use. The bed is great but the space underneath is totally wasted. I wish we wouldve purchased something taller. The height is too short to really play under unless you have a toddler. My 7 year old likes it sometimes but her room is small and it wouldve been a better choice for us to get something that couldve fit a desk or futon underneath.

The slide does go pretty fast since its at such a nice incline and she has hit the bottom and said it hurt her bottom, but its not stopping her.

Little brother is as excited as big sissy. Daughter has been over the moon since she came home to it all set and ready. Theres some space around the new twin mattress, and its not as sturdy as I hoped for the price. Came with some dings and mishaps from manufacturer but not anything worthy of the hassle to send it back. Timed the assembly. 45 minutes to unpack everything and label the hardware to make the assembly easier, and that was some sturdy hardware it came with. 2 hours to put it together (two 28yr old women with a couple glasses of wine) with double checking instructions and pieces, no rush so not sure what everyone else was doing. Taller than I anticipated but still able to lift my daughter into it when she falls asleep on the couch and Im 56. Both me and my fiance have been up in the bed (seperately) and its doesnt creak or groan and were not small. Looking at the pieces some didnt strike me as solid wood but thats a personal observation that could be wrong.
CHECK the sellers site for sales: could have saved 200$ but I wasnt sending it back the box weighed 106lbs. Which is also why it could be solid wood prieces.

Great beds for grandchildren!
Bought this bunk bed set for my grandchildren, my fear was it was too high for them. Make sure you read all the descriptions. This bed is very small and your bottom bunk child will hit their head. A lot.
