    Would buy again

Definitely one of the nicest pieces Ive put together for this type of furniture.

My 5 year old loves his new big boy bed!

Assembly was easy and it is a nice sturdy bed. There is plenty of room underneath to make a fort or store a toy box. We are very happy with it.

Wonderful, sturdy, compact bunk bed in a beautiful (gray) color

Great value and very sturdy. Also the color is amazing and it looks beautiful. It was pretty challenging to put together and I had to undo mistakes three times, as the instructions arent super easy to understand. However I am very happy with the final product and the size is perfect, nice and low so it fits well in a low-ceiling room. The lower bunk being on the floor is perfect, as my son can roll out and its not a concern he will hurt himself. And the top bunk openings are very easy to block with a pillow or stuffed animal so kids dont fall out.

    Amazing bed for small kiddos

I usually dont write reviews, but as someone who reads them and relies on other peoples word, I decided to give a review on this bed. I bought it for my 4 2 year olds. It is perfect. The instructions and labeling of products were very clear. I put it together by myself (at 28 weeks pregnant) and got it up within a few hours. And that was taking multiple breaks to help my kids do things, or fix lunch for them. Im sure it could be put up much faster with two people. Most of it was easy to assemble. The only part I struggled with was screwing the slats that hold the mattress, but I am only 51 and it was a little tough to get enough leverage for the top bunk. The bottom bunk was no problem. When the person on the top bunk moves around, I cant feel it in the bottom bunk. My children are in love with their big kid bed and I highly recommend it. Worth every penny.

Great price point, decent quality with some room for improvement.

Its been a week and we have come into a major issue. The ladder never reached floor despite being flush to the bedframe. This caused the brackets to bend and come off as the provided screws (which were organized per the instructions) were to short to actually hold the wood ladder into place when it didnt reach the floor. Ive contacted the seller but for now its going down to 3 stars as this is a MAJOR flaw. Ill update this as we use it more, but.... So far its a good loft bed for the price point. Getting it together takes a long time for 2 reasons; one, the instructions are pictures only and a tad confusing (definitely organize everything and lay it out before hand,) and 2, quite a number of the premarked screw points were not aligned properly and had to be done by myself in order to get the parts in place. That being said, some of the wood had cracks where the drilled holes were but not enough that I worried about the integrity of it. Other than having to realign screw holes for the metal support beam for the mattress part of the bed, its pretty sturdy. All 3 of my kids (10, 4 and 3) play on it all at once, jumping and climbing and it holds them without issues. No creaking, wobbling or loosening bolts thus far. The slide is a bit steep and not suitable for kids to slide down it without pants as its a shiny flex board of a plastic type material and they can definitely get friction burns, so watch for that. The guard rail on the mattress screws in but not nearly tight enough for being comfortable with kiddos hanging on it. Would definitely suggest an anchor spot in the middle and not just the sides to make it more sturdy there. The underside is roomy, and the playhouse sides stay up beautifully, but make sure you wait to hang them until at least an hour AFTER you put the velcro adhesive on the bedframe as the weight of them will keep it from staying adhered properly to the bed causing them to fall off easy. All in all pretty great.

    Great bed, worth the buy!

My husband set this up in about 2.5 hours. It comes in hundreds of pieces fit into a long heavy box. I didnt help but he didnt complain too much as he was setting it up so Im assuming its not too difficult. Its surprising how it fit in that box!. My four year old LOVES it as expected. Bought 2 six inch mattresses. One for the top and one to put on the floor on the bottom. Its just like having a bunk bed, but with the option of having no lower bunk for storage or play space. It wobbles just a tiny bit when she crawls across to get to the slide but its pretty sturdy. And when she stomps up the slide, and im sitting underneath, it sounds like shes gunna cracking right though the slide so I tell her no stomping. Also, the wooden slats that hold the top mattress in place, theyre not sanded so if youre under the bed, dont run your fingers across the slats (as a child would be tempted to do) because I could feel a splinter waiting to happen. All in all its a great bed!

    Perfect

This exceeded my expectations! We have a 5 year old who sleeps in the top bunk and our 2 year old in the lower bunk and they both love it! Not enough good things to say. Get it!

A month and a half later, still emitting a smell.

Its a great bed for young kids with two exceptions. It is still emitting a smell a month and a half after assembly and the rail on the top bunk is not sturdy. I would probably have looked for a different product had I known how strong the smell was.

    The kids love them!

Perfect for our lake house. Perfect size and looks very nice. We have a boy and a girl and the white is perfect for color coding their sheets!
