I always read the bad reviews first. And usually, when there are few, its safe to assume the people writing them arenot accurate.
For 400 this is a good buy. It wont last forever, but its cheap enough to replace in a few years if it falls apart.
And the folks complaining about assembly, I can see that. With the Allan wrench they give you and trying to hold the pieces together; yeah, it would be a pain. I used two spring clamps to hold the pieces in place; hand threaded all the screws; then used a long handle Allan wrench to tighten them quickly. Had it together in MD summer heat and humidity in an hour.
Love this outdoor sectional. Love that the cushions are water resistant but they are just a little thin. Wish they were a little bit thicker for the price we paid. But the wicker is beautiful and super easy to put together . I love that you can rearrange it easily and change it up . All in all its a great set!! Love it . Easy to clean and wipe off when it gets wet.
Product is as advertised. Took about an hour to put together. I used a drill with an Allen wrench bit then tightened with the provided Allen wrench. The glass top was shattered but the seller quickly responded and sent another one. Great service
Overall I am very happy with this piece. The price point for this couch vs other products on the market is really low but the quality is very good. The size is perfect for my space and its comfortable and I am happy.
I would have given it a better rating but I had shipping issues. In general, it was a long shipping process. Original shipping was estimated at 3 weeks, which was long but doable, however shipping was delayed another 10 days and on top of that I only got one box. It is a 2 box package so I had to wait another 7 days until the 2nd box was here and I had the full couch.
Nice set for the price, but its definitely not as nice as a more expensive set. The only issues I saw were that the feet on the bottom of the pieces arent all in the same place (possibly extras on one piece or not enough on another piece), but overall its a great set for the price tag and I really like it on my patio.

Cushions move way too much. Very nice piece and looks good. Cushions are not the most comfortable.
