Price conscious buy. The look is great and its functional. However its not comfortable. The cushion are too thin. You begin to feel the metal after sitting for just a few minutes.
I was surprized how well this product was engineered. It is sturdy, easy to put together (taking your time) and just the right size. Did have a problem with the transport company but made it right without a fit. I am very happy I purchased this product.
We love this set of outdoor furniture! We are using it for our seasonal camping site and is covered by our deck roof. The cushions are thin but they are comfortable for us.
The shipment does come in 2 separate packages, in one of our packages we were missing the hardware but the company quickly sent us a replacement, very nice to work with to get it remedied. When putting the furniture together, keep all bolts loose when putting them into place. Once you have all the bolts in their spots, THEN tighten them. I had tightened some bolts too soon and had to go back and loosen them to get other bolts in their correct place.
But I would definitely recommend this furniture, especially for the cost.
This was one of the best packaged items Ive purchased. Everything was neatly boxed, and there was lots of protection to make sure the glass did not break. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and assembly was a breeze. The set fit perfectly in a small screened in porch, and the arrangement options are very convenient. Overall Im thrilled with this purchase.
Love this furniture. Easy to put together, however all screws require the use of an Allen Wrench, is time consuming but worth the outcome. Came in two packages, delivered on different days. Colors are cream and more black than brown. I recommend this set.
We ordered this set for my Mothers Dat gift and it arrived early! Easy to put together, all parts were in perfect condition. It looks great on our deck and is super comfortable. Glad we were brave enough to order sight/unseen and glad it worked out so good!

Shipping/ as all the reviews say, it does in fact come in 2 boxes and possibly even 2 separate shipments that come days apart. Even when my order was marked delivered, I had only received one box and the other came a few days later. Very odd since any other multi/box orders Ive ever had have indicated box 1 of 2 or similar. Long story short/ it will arrive!
It sits very low. We joked that it is a couch for ants. We may raise it up on a pallet or something.
Cushions slide. We got Velcro strips to prevent this.
Overall, we are extremely happy with this for the price. The size is just fine for our small deck space, it was easy to assemble, and serves its purpose well!
