We got our set and it was easy to put together, but one part was damaged. (Part B) They said they were willing to work with us to correct the issue, so looking forward to getting that resolved and increasing our rating!
I got this and I was honestly surprised with the quality of it. Its always interesting buying something like this online / but Im very glad with this purchase. Only downfall is its a pain in the butt to put together. Not super complicated / but just expect it to take some time.
It may look beautiful, but its not worth buying. This sectional holds water and will NEVER dry out! Ive had this sectional for over a month and I havent been able to sit on it once because its soaking wet. I left it out to dry for over a week (no rain) and its still full of water. The only reason I havent returned it is because were in a pandemic. Dont waste your money. Wish I could give it 0 stars.
Its comfortable and easy to put together! I love it! I wish there were different color pillow options other than red (the ones in my picture are from Aldi). Overall, great purchase!! Worth every penny!
I dont usually write reviews but I was worried about ordering this after reading the negative reviews. Im very happy with this purchase. It is somewhat small. Im 5/6 and its pefect for me. My 6/1 neighbor is less comfortable but fine with the ottoman as a foot stool. I highly recommend putting all the screws in loosely first and then tightening or you will waste a lot of time trying to get everything to line up. The cushions are reasonably comfortable for the price. I added a couple
Of throw pillows and it helps with neck support as the back cushions are not tall enough to support your head. The fabric is water/stain resistant. I spilled part of my patio christening beer on one and it wiped right off without soaking into the fabric. There are two packages that arrive several days apart from different carriers and the tracking number is only for the first one. I emailed the seller and they sent the second tracking number right away. Everything arrived much sooner than indicated when I purchased it, within a week of ordering. If you have a small space and are looking for an affordable option, this is a good one.
The couch is great! Exactly what we were looking for, very sturdy and comfy! Took approximately 1 hour to put together with 1 person, easy to follow instructions.
Did come as 2 boxes when delivered, on 2 different days, that was a little confusing as account said delivered and no other delivery was mentioned. I emailed the company they were very quick to respond, within the day. Great company to buy from with great customer service!
Struggling to like it. The cushions just keep sliding and because of this i dont think i will be keeping it. The wicker is good feels sturdy but the cushions just bring it way down. I am also trying to decide if it is worth the price. Do i buy a better set with better cushions? I just dont know. Going to give it a week to see if my opinion changes. Also very upset that 1 box arrived then the other 1.5weeks later.
