After reading every review , I nervously placed my order for The Lauren in Slate. I never dreamed I would order a sofa online but I went for it and Im glad I did!
Delivery day was 2 days later. I received both a text and a phone call from the delivery drivers letting me know when they would arrive. Delivery was on time and the communication from the drivers was helpful to give me an ETA.
They unboxed the sofa outside and asked if I wanted them to take the box away. I opted to keep it in case I had to return the couch, but really I wanted to use it to make a fort for my cat (which I did....and he loved it!)
They brought the couch in through my standard size front door with ease and set it down in the living room, exactly where I wanted it.
The couch required no set up besides taking the plastic off the cushions. There was no smell and the couch looked amazing. The slate color is a great neutral grey and will work with any decor.
The material is soft to the touch but not overly plush. Luckily I havent had any spills or stains on it yet but it seems like it would clean up easily.
The couch is really comfy and cozy while still being supportive. The depth is deep and it works great for me. For reference I am 5 feet tall and not a skinny person. My boyfriend, the cat and I all fit comfortably on the couch to snuggle up, nap and watch tv.
The arms are flat which is nice for using a lap top or tablet.
So far I am very happy with the purchase. I looked at similar sofas at my local furniture store and they were around $1500 not including tax and delivery. I purchased The Lauren for a total of $933 with taxes. I see the price has gone up a bit, but IMHO, it is so worth it.
Given the return policy, you really cant go wrong.

I was looking for a chair that went well with my decor without breaking the bank! Came across this chair and decided to order it. As for comfort, it’s not the best but not the worst either. I can lounge and sip my coffee quite comfortably. I’ve only had it for a couple days but let’s see how it holds up!
We have had a few couches in the last two years and after trying this couch I will never buy another couch it is amazing and everyone who comes over compliments us on it
Very happy with these couches! They’re definitely low and deep sitting, but that was the style I was looking for. The color is a beautiful cream / light beige, and the delivery men (who brought both couches into my house) were polite and efficient. The cushion covers are removable and, I assume, washable, which is a plus. When you sit on them they have somewhat of a plastic-y feel, not because of the covers themselves, but I think there’s a plastic covering under the covers to protect the actual cushions. Not sure if this comes off, but it’s not too off putting and definitely doesn’t take away from the couch. Overall it’s pretty comfy, well filled, and I’m so happy I bought them!
Only reason I took off a star was because one of the couches was internally damaged by the fork life, breaking the wooden backboard where the metal fork lifted the box, but you can’t see any damage from the exterior and the support beams inside the couch are just fine, so I won’t be returning it!
I love this sofa! I read all the reviews and decided to take a chance. I am glad I did! The only bad thing was during delivery the couch was supposed to be brought into the house. That didn’t happen. It was left on my sidewalk. They didn’t ring the doorbell or anything. Just left it there. My husband and I are senior citizens. It took us a while to get it in the house.

The chair was very easy to set up. It took maybe 10 minutes. Its big enough to sit comfortably. It swivels!
