    Substandard material quality

    One of the primary issues with the trampoline lies in the substandard quality of materials used. The frame, padding, and other components feel cheap and inferior. This compromise in material quality not only affects the product's durability but also raises doubts about its overall safety and long-term performance. A trampoline's reliability is heavily dependent on the quality of its materials, and in this case, the subpar materials used have significantly impacted the overall satisfaction with the product.

    Inefficient tension adjustment

    Adjusting the tension of the springs proved to be an inefficient process. The lack of user-friendly mechanisms for tension adjustment made it challenging to achieve the desired bounce characteristics. A more intuitive and effective system for adjusting tension would have enhanced the usability and satisfaction with the trampoline.

    Not very safe

    The product quality is poor, and the metal blocks protrude high on the edge. It is not safe for children to play. We hope the manufacturer can improve and consider the issue from a safety perspective.

    Poor experience

    Uneven, I don't know if the underground support is uneven or how many legs are uneven. Anyway, there is a clanging sound when jumping up and down, and the thing is very light. To be honest, the quality is really not good, and the iron bars supported around are light and thin.

    Poor quality of the pole

    The pole is difficult to press, twisted and of poor quality. In the end, it's better not to push it hard. It's not fixed down yet, so it's not safe to press it anymore. This kind of place doesn't feel very safe and communication is not possible.

    As soon as I received the goods, I found a hole in the center of the cushion. I contacted customer service and said I would replace it with a jump fabric myself. However, I waited for two weeks but couldn't receive it. I contacted them three times in between, but no one solved it.

    When my two-year-old child jumps on it, there is a loud noise and the armrest is not as stable. I think the quality is not good.
