The product arrived in a box that was very beaten and tattered so I was very skeptical upon opening and assembling. There are a couple of places where the fabric of the headboard has slightly differing color and almost has the appearance of a stain. We deemed the color difference very inconsequential and decided NOT to return due to the fact that the discoloration was difficult to capture using a camera. The bed frame went together in about 1hour so it was pretty easy to assembly. Once the mattress was placed on the frame it is very sturdy. Comparing this mattress against the more expensive versions this seems to be a pretty good value deal. As of this moment I would purchase again (it has only been 4 days).
This bed frame was delivered. Day earlier than expected - which was great because I already had my new mattress waiting in a box. The box was a little beat up but the contents were perfectly fine. I needed help from a neighbor getting the box into my bedroom but from there I was able to assemble the bed solo in about 30/45minutes. Im a slender female about 130lbs - so if I can put this together without trouble than just about anybody can! The material of the apolstery is very nice and I love the simple beige color. When I need another bed frame for our guest room Ill be purchasing another frame like this one in a queen/dark grey.
Wife wanted to buy downsize our bedroom furniture, but didn't want to get the bed that matched with the dressers and nightstands we purchased. This platform bed looks great, it gives great contrast to our (weathered gray) furniture. Assembly was easy (if you have any minimal experience assembling furniture), but you'll definitely want help moving the box around your home or apartment (it's heavy af.) There was some minimal damage on the inside of the headboard, due to the hardware moving around in shipping; what little damage there is cannot be seen with the bed assembled, but it could definitely have been worse if handled a little more roughly in transit.
This was a little more complicated to put together than I originally anticipated, but I did it by myself. Would be easier with a second set of hands. I wasnt sure what to expect since it was so inexpensive but I was shocked. This actually exceeded expectations and is a really nice looking frame and headboard. I would highly recommend!
