Pretty easy to assemble, decently sturdy if you dont weigh over like 50 lbs. My 6yo loves being able to sleep under her bed on top of her mound of soft toys and pillows on the weekends. And I love that the color matches her dresser shes had since birth.
I have to go to Ace hardware today because like another person reviewed the bolts provided for a portion of the shelves do not fit. Like WTH.. its made putting this bed together a lot harder than it shouldve been. Also the bolts couldve and shouldve been labeled.

There is one piece of the bed that will not stay attached. The little piece on the back that stabilizes the rail. Also it could use about 2 more pieces for the mattress to not fall through. I purchased extra from Lowes. I just feel it couldve been about $50-75 less. However, my son loves his big boy bed!
There were two of us putting this together. It took us about 45 min. This has been put together for over 2 weeks now and my daughter loves it. Her dad and I have been able to crawl up (one at a time) and lay with her and its been holding up fine. Seems like great quality and we hope she can enjoy it for many years to come.
You need two people to assemble. There is only one 1.7 inch x 1.7 inch wooden support that runs end to end on the bed and the wooden lattices are on top, screwed into each side. I will likely be replacing the wooden support with a steel alternative as the bed seems flimsy at the moment. Other than that, assembly had its awkward moments and the clarity of the instructions needs improvement. My 7 year old loves it and it was exactly as we expected with a lovely space under the bed for him to create a chill zone. I give it a 4 but it would have been a 5 is the support beam was a steel or metal option.
I wanted my daughter to have a maximum amount of floor space in her bedroom and a sizeable desk for her to complete schoolwork and art. This desk fit the bill. It arrived with one of the long posts very damaged. My husband has woodworking skills and was able to repair and paint. This was a must because it would have been impossible to repackage for a return. The seller did reimburse a modest amount for this inconvenience. It took some time to put the bed together and you will need more than one adult to accomplish this task. Once together the bed is lovely and functional. My daughter is very pleased with it and so am I.
This bed is so sturdy and worth the money, so recommend worth every penny. The only thing is the sides are not high at all so we just bought s bumper that goes underneath the sheet. Easy fix. Must buy this bed
My fiance put this together in about 1.5 hrs. Its super low (top of the mattress only goes to my hips) with high guard rails. So it gives us that piece of that our wild 3 yr old is safe. She loves climbing up and down her 2 step ladder and does so very well. Its perfect for extra play space. Not as sturdy as I hoped but its not that big a deal because its not like its meant for adults. I can still climb up with her for cuddles. Great purchase, itll be around for years as she grows.

Great Bed, minor issues

Im a little worried that in the futre it will break through. I bought for my granddaughter in another state.
