This bed is exactly as described. It took about 2 hours to assemble but the directions were well written and every piece of hardware was included. The wood is very good quality with very few imperfections. I would definitely recommend for a small bedroom. I am very pleased with my purchase. My 5 year old daughter absolutely loves it!
This bed looks great but is kinda cheaply made. Wood is soft. My son is 150 lbs and when he got on it the wood supports all bowed down. We wouldnt let him sleep in it for fear it would break and he would fall through the center. My husband had to go get a couple of larger boards to screw to the bottom to support the mattress. We also had to attach it to the wall with a stud to keep it from moving around.
I would not recommend this bed if your child weighs more than 100lbs.
I will start by saying this is solid wood and STURDYwhich is excellent. However, putting it together is awful, and I mean awful. There are label stickers on the boards which wont come off. Two of the stickers are huge. The connecting bolts strip so easily that we ruined 5 of them and had to go to Home Depot to buy alternatives. The holes are not lined up so when trying to use the Allen wrench to put the connecting bolts in, everything was getting stripped. The directions have no words so we ended up getting the two end boards together and then had to take the bolts out which resulted in stripping and lots of angry words.
I read reviews and mulled over this purchase for a few weeks. My daughter loves is but if we ever move it will suck because theres no way my marriage will withstand taking it apart and putting it back together. At least the weight limit is high enough that one of us can sleep it on it tonight because were not currently speaking over the assembly of this product.
Its a great bed sturdy a nice blue color and its not super high like most loft beds Percy for my 5 year old he has his toys and toy box under it leaving more room to play in the rest of his room!! It was perfect for us
I got this bed for my daughter to save space in her room. I like bed in general BUT it is not very sturdy. Its definitely got cheap hardware quality. We added boards and anchored it to the wall for sturdiness. It was definitely not worth the money!!!!
Great full size loft bed for our 8yr old. Took a few hours to assemble, but not too bad. Its a creamy ivory color vs white, but not a deal breaker. As all loft beds, it was a bit wobbly, but we secured it to the wall and its really sturdy now. We used an 8 mattress and it works great.
This is a cute and sturdy bed but the wood screws that are provided are crap. The first 3 out of 4 we tried to assemble stripped after the screw was only half way in. At that point we went to Home Depot and spent about $25 on better screws. Plus then we could use a drill to assemble and it went much faster than an Allen wrench.
So the bed came perfect nothing wrong with it at all. It took about two hours and two people to put together but the instructions were very clear and easy to read. It looks great in my sons room. And he climbs all over it. Hes 3 years old and 40 pounds. Ive laid up there with him bunches of times and im 510 and 210 pounds. Its pretty sturdy. I mean theres alittle shake but no more than a normal bed when a two year old is rough housing. I wouldnt put me and my husband and my son up there at the same time no but for one of us and him its great even with him being a rowdy child. Theres plenty of space under it for him to play and I even put a childs table and chairs under it for him and another rug. I trust this bed
