I think this desk is a good value. It looks great and I really like the shelves. The only issue is that the directions are not super clear so I put a few pieces on the wrong way, had to take apart and reassemble. Now that its together the right way, I really like it. Just make sure you really look at all the little holes and visualize what it will look like in the end.
It is easy to set up and the desk is perfect for the area I needed it in. There is a small hole on the surface though that they filled in. Not sure if that was supposed to be there or not.
Honestly, I have had to put MANY things together and this is one of the easiest, sturdiest things I have ever had to assemble. I wish everything was like this ~ sturdy, simple, and a pleasure to use! Love the way it looks as well!!
This is a sturdy desk with an angle brace that you can place on either side depending on the position of this desk. It has plenty of screws in all the right places and is very sturdy when tightened down...it does not move at all. The only assembly thing to know is that, 2 ppl is probably best AND it is assembled upside down so make sure your shelves are installed the correct side up or you will need to disassemble and fix it...but, I left my middle shelf upside down and in the dark corner only I know it's downside up... I can still sleep at night however, one day I'm gonna right this wrong and sleep even better!
