I love the look of these chairs, but weve had them for only two weeks, and one is broken at the hinge. Also the cushion color (red) has already faded in the sun. You get what you pay for. Do not recommend.
Excellent customer service and value! Its not often to shop from such a value-priced company with 4 star service. They corrected a simple issue with a loose screw beautifully within the message system and were very responsive, once the defect was explained. The chairs were beautiful and comfortable and we must have just had a lemon set. Beautiful style and the fabric holds up to Arizona sun, which is more than any others weve had over the last 10 years here. Even after two monsoon dust storms with Arizona dust, they just spray clean and look new each time. We noticed the fabric still beads up after the history record heat (118 degrees) weve had this season. The ergonomic design is really nice and low profile. Thanks for the excellent customer service and styling!
When chairs were sat in for the first time by my 13 year old niece (who weighs 110lbs), the screws came out of the bottom of the chair and the chair collapsed. We were not able to put it back together as everything is stripped.
First, I was able to assemble the chair by myself in under 10 minutes, very easy and the instructions are on point. The materials used are of good quality and the way it is designed it is very comfortable.

Terrible craftsmanship
