The chairs are really good. Looks very beautiful. We received a wrong color. Informed the support but we decided to keep them. The customer support reached out and ensured that the difference in the price is refunded. I am very impressed with their follow up and ensured we are really satisfied with it. I highly recommend this product.
I do love these chairs. They were super easy and quick to assemble, and they are very comfortable. However, one of the chairs I received was wrinkled in two areas of the seat upon arrival. Hoping the company will let me exchange this specific piece rather than sending the entire set of two chairs back and having to repurchase.
EDIT: within hours of posting my review, I was contacted by Lucia from Direct (the company selling these stools). She apologized about the seats defect and offered a partial refund. I wrote back saying I didnt need a refund, that Id just like to exchange the defective piece. She then offered to replace the stools entirely without having to send my defective one back. I am very impressed with the prompt customer service I received, and thus am changing my review from 4 stars to 5. Thank you!

These chairs are adjustable to either table, counter, or bar height or anywhere in between.
