I purchased four of these stools. 3 out of the 4 arrived perfectly and function great. One stool had a broken handle as well as the weld for the seat was broken causing the seat to be wobbly and unusable. I have tried to contact the manufacturer about a replacement but have been unsuccessful. To process a return through I would have to return 2 stools for replacement and I am currently using the other 3. I guess I will just try to fix myself. I like the product but do not like not being able to find someone to contact when there is an issue.
Barstools are nice, they look great and are super easy to assemble. Comfort wise, Id say they are so so. For short periods of times, no issue. Prolonged periods and youll start feeling it. Theres also some squeaking at times but not to a point that it concerns me. Overall, definitely a good buy at relatively good price.
I would rated this 5 stars but 1 of the parts (height adjuster) arrived with one side broken. I contacted the manufacturer as suggested on instructions but never heard back. It would have been nice to just get a replacement.
Hey guys. Listen I know ordering furniture made overseas is a crapshoot, but I have to say that these stools are perfect. They are not only very handsome, but the build is great. Im serious. The wood is stained pine and the screw inserts are spot on. The assembly was so easy. Absolutely purchase these with confidence. Oh, and they arrived in 2 days. Im so happy with these! Thank you very much!

Excellent for the price, sturdy and quick to assemble. Looks great! Best of all, dog and cat cant damage them!
