I purchased this chair for my father. He has a tough time rising out of a chair. The chair looks great and is very comfortable. I give this company 5 star because of an agent Alice! The remote stopped working. Between 3 emails and a photo of the device she found what I needed and sent it out. I received it in 4 days! She was amazing and very kind. Thank you to Alice.
I was so surprise how strong the vibration modes are. The chair does everything you would want it to. The wiring is a bit confusing and messy but once figured out, most of it tucks behind a Velcroed cover on the back.
I would have given the rating a five but for the instructions for the control pendant. It appears to have been written a third grader with a brain defect. I am still trying to figure out exactly how to work all the functions and Im an engineer with 50 years on the job. The chair itself is comfortable, relaxing, and relieves aches and pains in my back. In spite of the aforementioned problem I do highly recommend it for those seeking comfort and relaxation in a chair.
Such a life saver for the elderly. Has the lift and the heat. Perfect for my mother in law. Remote is very easy to use. Easy to put together. Looks expensive
Assembly was somewhat complex, but not difficult. Read the instructions and study the diagrams. Arms and back are friction fit into the base and can go together misaligned if not careful. Electrical connections are simple. Each chair uses 2 power outlets (2 plugs).
Separate controller for massage heat is a good idea, as it is used less frequently than going up down.
Over/all I am extremely pleased with these chairs.
THE CHAIR IS COMFORTABLE. THEY COULD HAVE LEFT THE CUP HOLDERS OUT, MADE THE ARM RESTS SMALLER, AND THE SEAT WIDER. I ALSO WISH THE CORD TO THE VIBRATOR WERE LONGER. THE ONE FOR THE CHAIR IS GOOD. THE POCKETS ARE TOO LOW AND FAR BACK TO SERVE ANY USEFUL PURPOSE. ALSO I WISH THERE WERE A SEPARATE CONTROL FOR LEG REST AND THE BACK SO THEY COULD BE ADJUSTED SEPARATELY. OTHER THAN THAT ITS JUST LIKE THE REST AND IS OK AND COMFORTABLE CONSIDERING I HAVE TO LOAD THE LEG REST UP WITH PILLOWS.
