I like the style of the bed and I bought it because my daughter likes it too. But when the product arrived, we realized that the package had been opened before and a part of it was broken. We didnt want to return it because we started to build the bed and my daughter loves it so much. I reached the customer service and They immediately contacted me to solve the problem I had with the product and they solved the problem. Customer service was the fastest responsive customer service Ive seen in a long time. Thank you!
This bed frame is very sturdy, its just beautiful and at a great price! I am a picky costumer and believe me. My husband and I we love this frame. I putted it together alone because the parts are labeled and its very easy, my husband was at work. When he got home he was shocked on how sturdy the frame was without a box spring. Then the super of my building came up to my home to help me with the garbage and he was also shocked by the quality since it was bought on !
Purchased the queen size this time. It was easy to put together. I have three twin frames I purchased a year ago, so lets see how this will hold up.

Box came opened on one end, but I was not home when it was delivered. It seemed okay until I took all of the pieces out. The fence piece by the headboard was damaged, as if it was hit by something. A chunk was missing, but since I was putting the bed in a corner, it would not be seen. Additionally, I had already waited two months for the bed to be delivered, and I did not want to wait any longer to set up my daughters room. The instructions need improvement, but I put the bed together by myself in two hours.
I was somewhat sceptical about how sturdy this frame would be. But I was so WRONG! I love this frame!!! Its a great height for storage underneath, its so sturdy, doesnt make a sound and lovely to look at! I highly recommend!!
Honestly Im amazed at how study and good quality it is. It was super easy to put together too. I had a little help from a friend but I have no doubt I could have done it by myself. Great product and so pretty! I got the gold frame and its such a great accent in my bedroom!
We bought this bed for our toddler. Absolutely love it. It is exactly as pictured. However, like most of the reviews, it had missing parts. Dealing with costumer service has been frustrating. We had to send pictures of the instructions to just get the hardware sent to us. Shouldnt they know what hardware we need? Incredibly frustrating not entirely worth the headache. Weve had an unassembled bed in our kiddos room for a few days now. We ordered the grey bed it is a very dark grey. Ill update the review once the bed is able to be assembled.
The product came in one box and all of the pieces were in tact. The instructions were easy to follow. Be sure to wait until youve assembled every piece (even the slats) before you tighten the screws! It took about 2 hours to assemble - I worked alone. Be careful to not hit your foot on the middle leg of the bed frame. Overall, its a great product and looks just like the photo on the ad.

Missing parts.

Great bed for Studio Apartment
The product came in one box and all of the pieces were in tact. The instructions were easy to follow. Be sure to wait until youve assembled every piece (even the slats) before you tighten the screws! It took about 2 hours to assemble - I worked alone. Be careful to not hit your foot on the middle leg of the bed frame. Overall, its a great product and looks just like the photo on the ad.
