I love this bed. Super easy to assemble, only took us 30 mins to put everything together. On a plus side, it doesnt creak or make noise when we move around. I highly recommended this bed frame!
After much (FRAME) and style chasing, this bed frame has it all, love the frame its extremely sturdy and easy to assemble, the slacks can be a bit difficult but done with care youll be fine. Overall im grinning from ear to ear. I LOVE IT!!! Oh one bit of warning though, you are going stump your toes on the middle peg, since its a new frame and all, lol ouch! Enjoy!
Pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness of this bed! Love the bronze/gold color and loved the assembly even more! Very easy to put together, took maybe 25 minutes. Wouldve loved if the bed sat a little higher, making more space for storage under the bed but Im still able to fit some bins for off season shoes. Nonetheless, definitely worth the price! Would buy again!
Assembly was easy, but really needs a second person when connecting up the corner legs. Wish the instructions has been more explicit about leg pairings (if you want to attach a backboard, you need to make sure you pair the legs correctly, though they could have just drilled those holes in all the legs to make things easier). It ended up not being an issue as our universal headboard legs were not spaced widely enough to connect to the frame, not sure if that is an issue with the frame or headboard.
It is very sturdy, my wife and I are both plus size and felt no anxiety using the bed, the NECTAR foundation we had broke the first night we used it, this one is SOOOO much sturdier and about $100 less.
We are using a Nectar mattress and the metal rods are a little narrow for memory foam mattresses, so I recommend using slats or something similar to provide a wider base for the mattress. We use baseboard runners on each side, supported by the metal rods, to place slats and then the mattress sits on the slats, its perfect, but did require spending about $30 for the materals.
If the manufacturer put a rail around the edge this would be perfect for memory foam as you could then rest slats across them.
