Technically I was able to finish building this, but there are so many issues I wouldnt expect most people to finish it without professional help. For the most part it seems that the manufacturer has tooling issues, and the designer has engineering issues. Theres no way I would recommend purchasing these products or purchase from them again until they fix whatever their issues are. Its buildable but buy at your own risk.
The provided bolts and cap nuts were slightly too long in a couple spots, and too short in a couple spots due to either due to slight unevenness of the wood or engineering precision is slightly off. I was able to get the bolts threaded enough to tighten by compressing the wood with some hammering, but Im a bit worried if theres enough threads where its sturdy enough.
Half the dowel holes were drilled too small, even between holes in the same piece of wood. Its like the manufacturer had a metric drill bit break in the middle of production and they replaced it with an imperial size bit that was slightly off. I was still able to get the dowels in, but it took significant pounding with a hammer.
The instructions looked like someone got lazy halfway through and stopped providing the part info required for the step. It also stated to only tighten the bolts for the beam on the floor to 80%, but then never says to tighten them to 100% while it does for other bolts. The instructions can be really confusing because they mix in left orientation steps with right orientation instead of just separating the two. Its also not always clear where screws need to go since there isnt a line to each screw in the diagram.
The only packaging issue I had were one of bolts with cap nuts combos had a bolt that wasnt the correct size. Luckily it was still able to be used in one location where it was just barely long enough to screw in.
I didnt realize this was basically an unfinished product. All the wood is cut without any sanding, so its extremely rough to touch. The low VOC white wash finish looks more like a very light coat of primer or like everything was bathed in the dirty water after washing off a paintbrush covered in white paint. It looks white from a distance, but up close you can see a lot of the original wood color. Most people will probably prefer to sand it down and paint it before building it, but technically it is immediately buildable and sleepable. Theres no noticeable outgassing or smell.
The box that arrives is also EXTREMELY heavy, like 300+ pounds maybe. This is not a regular 2-person move, more like 4-person. Im a strong guy and barely managed to walk the box to my front door to slide it in, since the delivery driver left it standing up against my garage. I have no idea how the driver got this off their truck, this box is heavy enough it should have come on a pallet. I ended up opening the box on the main level and bringing to the bedroom in pieces.
I bought this loft for my son and he loves it. The only downfall is i need another one for my daughter and the price has changed tremendously! I paid 174 total with some change and know its close to 300 dollars?! I really wanted a matching one.
Im impressed with its quality and sturdiness. Only thing I would complain about is its instruction manual that can be further improved. Also, add few extra assembly items in case of any accidents. Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend.
The bed looks great, my kids love them. Be patient when building the bed, it does take some time.
One thing we didnt consider is that one it is built it needs to stay in the room it was built or to be mostly disassembled to move to a different room.
Both of my Children love this bed. I feel that it is sturdy for the price. I really like that it is not super tall so I can still make the bed from the ground and say goodnight to my child. Overall we are happy with this bed.

Just Got It
I have taken out all the parts and organized in order to inspect them. Will update on how assembly goes.

Good quality bunk bed! 5 stars
It had 22 steps for completing it. Pretty easy to follow and the wood is good quality and sturdy. Id def buy again if I had to!
