My daughters love!!this bed they can charge their phones while they sleep!!! They have plenty of room to toss， turn and to be safe the only thing is that I had to nail in a nail to the back of the ladder so it doesnt moved!!

Product is very good but bunk beds have a very very strong chemical odor. I bought this product three months ago and it still has this strong chemical odor in my daughters bedroom. Is there a phone number where I can reach out and talk to a representative?

Pretty sturdy both upper and lower. I am about 160 pounds and help my kids change the covers and dont hear any noise when I get on the mattress. I did place a 12 in memory mattress on the lower but needed to buy a 10 in memory mattress for the upper since I was worried my kid might roll over.
Only thing I didnt like!!was that the lower has little to no space when my kid wants to sit up and hes only 3. Maybe a thinner mattress like!!8 in would be better for this bunk bed but so far so good
Its exactly what I needed， pretty easy to put together once I got wood cut to replace the missing parts. It was easy to get tge parts cut that I needed.
I purchased this bed due to it being under $600. I was skeptical at first but now that it is together， we love!!it! I will say though， I was not prepared for how large it is. (Full over Full). We ended up putting it in a larger room and switching my boys rooms around! Picture diagrams only for instruction. Took 2 guys around 4 hours
