Weve enjoyed this sofa! We were thinking about paying way more for a west elm sofa, and decided to try this one out. Weve had it for about 8 months now, and its broken in a bit. Its not the kind of couch you can sink into and nap for hours-- but it is pleasant to sit in. It fits two people comfortably, although we struggle to both lay out on it. Our cats have scratched the corners a fair amount, and so far there is no sign of wear and tear-- so that is a huge plus. It fits a small apartment perfectly, doesnt look cheap in the slightest, and the wooden legs are a nice touch. Like some other reviewers have mentioned, the chaise does pop up a bit if you do not have your legs out. One thing to note-- our delivery did not include delivery to the second floor; we had to run and get cash quickly to pay the guys to bring it up to our unit.

The couch itself was good. However it was delivered without its legs. I asked for Product Support (email only, there is no contact number). I have not seen a resolution from the team yet after over a week. Not sure what else to do after this.
So glad I bought this. I was unsure of the vivid orange color but the fabric texture tones down the look. Its smoooth. Its the focal point I needed in my room.
The order was processed very quickly. I was able to pick a delivery window for a few hours and the guy who dropped it off was great. Comes in a giant box and its all put together except screwing on the legs. The legs are stored in the zipper compartment on the couch bottom.
Very comfy couch, not too firm or soft and I love the color. I looked around at a lot of places and Im pleased with this one. Only negative for me is that the chaise piece doesnt physically attach to the main couch its just pushed up against it. That being said it stays in place well and hasnt been an issue.
Its a gorgeous love seat! The orange pops and gives my living room some pizzazz (do people still say that?). What Im saying is its lovely, its super easy to assemble (just screw on the legs), and it looks great in my living room. Add some throw pillows and voila — you get a nice setup. It was worth the week-long wait for sure — definitely recommend!
Love love love this loveseat! Im creating a lounge in a spare bedroom and needed something small to fit in the space. This loveseat is not only gorgeous, but incredibly comfortable! Despite its small size, Im able to curl up feel super comfortable doing so.

There are two defective areas on the couch where structural/framing materials seem to be missing under fabric.
I contacted directly but they are referring me back to instead of taking responsibility for the quality of their product
