Bought this bed for my parents house who constantly have the grandchildren over. To maximize in space, this was perfect for them. It was easy to assemble and is very durable. I would recommendwe have not had it long enough to comment on longevity.
This was a great purchase. We took the bottom frame out and turned it into a loft bed. Its still very stable (we made absolutely sure) and now my daughter has extra space for a desk under her bed. We will be purchasing another of these for my son in the near future. We are pleased!
I bought this bed for my 2 young kids, and Ive got to say I am surprised at how great it is. I was iffy about buying it because it was so cheap. But Im glad I did. It was a little complicated to put up, youll definitely need 2 people. But other than that, its great!
The ONLY thing that I do not like about it, its ladders are on the sides and are very small, so its difficult for my 7 year old to get down. But I definitely would recommend this bed to EVERYONE! Its great for young kids, older kids, even for guests since it has the full at the bottom.
Prepare to spend a few hours assembling this monster. Concerned how I will ever disassemble this to remove from my sons bedroom in the future. It is sturdy and nice looking. Just a monster once put together. Also concerned the top bunk is too low and son can hit his head in bottom bunk.
UPS left this huge heavy box on the ground outside my gate. It took me about 30 minutes to finally get it in the back of my jeep to bring it up to the house. It was VERY HEAVY! But after I got it out, I opened the box and carried the pieces into the spare room. I was actually able to assemble the entire thing ALL BY MYSELF! Very proud of me! So far no one has fallen and it hasnt collapsed or anything!

Pretty easy to put together with 2 people as long as you pay attention to the directions. Dont totally tighten things until it is all together because it will be a pain when you realize you put in a piece wrong. The directions CLEARLY told me not to tighten things and I didnt listen.
Love the price. Top bunk is not too high as one we had a few years ago. Ladder is uncomfortable to climb but its not climbed often so thats okay. A great deal overall.
