They need to find better packaging for this bed. The first time, it came completely damaged. The 2nd time, it was damaged in the same place, but less so and we were able to repair it. The fabric is very light, not as pictured but it worked for us. There is gray foam used for the padding, so in direct sunlight it can look off since the foam shows through the light fabric. However, for us it wasnt a dealbreaker for the cost, compared to other similar options.
Let me just say for the price of this bed I was very skeptical but Ive always wanted a canopy bed and I didnt have thoughts to spend . However iam so happy that I decided to take a chance . It came with everything you need to build it but I would say using an electric screwdriver helped speed things up , so if you dont have one I suggest you go buy one . The only critique I will give is after I finish setting up the bed I noticed that the three stands in the middle of the bed didnt touch the floor all the way so I had to double on the padding and the one in the middle I put cardboard under it . Also if you have anything other than carpet flooring it will slide so get bed sliders. All in all I love it .

Very sturdy (the have a middle brace to connect them), all holes aligned perfectly, its not heavy. 2) I moved it into my house and assembled it by myself in less than an hour and a half. All necessary tools are included. Directions were easy to follow. 3) It arrived several days early!! 4) the price is cheaper than Wayfair or other sites (where shipping would have taken longer too). 5) I LOVE the grey color. Yes, its a stony brown. Very warm grey. 6) Its a beautiful piece of furniture. Im looking forward to styling it with bedding/pillows!
I only took 1 star off because it did get a little squeaky pretty quickly but only during extracurriculars. Dont put the side right against a wall unless you put a couple of those doorstop bumpers in front of the . Still surprised at how sturdy it is with my husband and I being bigger people. May update the review when a decent amount of time has passed.
I work with and assemble furniture for a living, and must say this is an excellent product. You can use a drill, but I just used the tools it came packaged with. Dont be fooled by more expensive wooden frames, this will not only be a better value, but probably better quality. No parts were bent, and I was able to assemble it without needing an extra set of hands. Honestly, Ive seen a lot of crap from high end furniture stores, and this was a pleasure to build. Sturdy enough for kids to make forts, and jump around in, or you and your spouse!
Unlike other s, all the were perfect, nothing broken, just be careful when inserting into tabs otherwise you might splinter. Look, I hate building furniture, I hate directions written by a non/english speaker, Im just generally afraid of getting it wrong. BUT, this bed was EASY to assemble, the parts were sound strong, and the end product came out BEAUTIFUL. You cant beat this price, and it can be a fun project with a little kid to help you turn the screws with the allen wrench or organize the pieces for you.

I put this together by myself in about an hour. The instructions arent foolproof but if youve built furniture like this before youll be fine. Packaging was great, bed is sturdy with no creaking. If its the look you want / go for it!!
